We are a two-person lamp shop. We collect the minimum needed to build your lamp and get it to your door, and we don't sell any of it. Ever. To anyone.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, shipping address, email, and phone number if you give us one.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers and we could not retrieve one if we wanted to.
- Site analytics: aggregate page views and traffic sources. No cross-site tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
- Email list: only if you type your address into the form and press the button.
What we do with it
We use your order information to build, ship, and support your lamp, and to reach you if something about the order needs a decision. We use analytics to figure out which pages confuse people. That's the whole list.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, our shipping carrier, and our email provider — each one only gets the fields it needs to do its job. We have no advertising partners and no data brokers.
Your rights
Email hello@craftsmancreations.com and ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, a correction, or a full deletion. We'll do it within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend them to everyone because maintaining two systems would be silly.
Retention
Order records stay for seven years because tax law says so. Everything else goes when you ask.
Children
This store isn't directed at anyone under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll email anyone on the list rather than quietly editing the page.
